How long does shipping take from Eastvale, CA?
- PROCESSING We are an online Boutique bringing you the cutest clothing and accessories at the best prices. Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday only (excluding holidays). We do our best to process and ship orders as soon as possible. If an item in your order is out of stock, it may be a few additional days for processing. All standard orders take approximately 10-21 days to process. Most take about 5 days. Our orders now go immediately to processing, a shipping label prints with your packing slip as soon as it comes in and it had already been sent to our fulfillment department.
- SHIPPING When your package ships, you will receive an email notification. Delivery is typically 2-5 days once shipped.
- SPECIAL and CUSTOM ORDERS Some items are not stocked in our Boutique and or they can be sold out. Those may take an additional 7-10 days to process.
- LOCAL PICK UP A valid Photo ID and copy of PICKUP notification are required to pick up your order. If another person will be picking up on your behalf, please include his/her name in the comments or contact us directly with his/her name. Orders must be picked up within 10 days of notification. Orders not picked up in that time frame, will be cancelled and may be charged a 15% restocking fee.

PACKAGES DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS
BEING PROVIDED AT TIME OF ORDER.
We ship out all orders within 2-3 days, if you provide an incorrect
address you will need to wait until the packages are
returned to our warehouse, inspected for quality
and pay a $25.00 re shipment fee.
Please make sure your address is correct and
include any PO Box, Apartment or Unit information.
Once orders are in the possession of the USPS,
we can no longer be responsible for any lost, delayed or stolen packages.
*It is the customers responsibility to collect their packages from their local postal courier within 14 days of the package arriving; if you are located in an area that does not deliver to the home address. Any packages that are marked return to sender will not be reshipped and refunds will not be approved. Unfortunately packages marked return to sender very rarely are returned to our warehouses. Please be sure to track your packages and pay attention to the email alerts we send.
If your package is confirmed delivered through a postal courier, we are not able to refund or replace the items.

Can I modify/cancel my order after it has been placed? No. Unfortunately, our current system does not allow us to add onto or modify orders after they are placed. You can always return the item and re-order or place an additional order.

How do I return an item? You can visit our Return Center
Product care instructions: Most of our items cab be machine washed using a light/delicate setting with cold water. We DO NOT recommend placing any items into the dryer. Lay flat to dry and place them into the dryer on a low setting to "fluff" fabric (Layers, Tutu's, Ruffles, Lace). Items with tassels, rhinestones, lace, knitted fabric should ALWAYS be washed by hand.
I can use coupons or promotional code? Of course! We love coupons. A coupon code may not be combined with additional coupons, but they may be combined with sale/clearance items unless otherwise noted. Coupons are not valid on previous purchases or for cash give. If you enter a coupon code twice or are able to tweak out software to give you a better price listed on the site, unfortunately, we will not be able to honor it.
What if the color looks different from the website? We do our very best to photograph all our product colors accurately. Since every screen varied, we cannot insure that the screen you views our website on displays our products true to life. If you have a question about matching, email us before you place your order and we can answer your questions.
Do you do price matching/price adjustments? No. We do not price adjust on our items, no do we match items from competitors websites. Quality among the industry varies significantly from one supplier to another on most items. We offer customer service, we offer high quality and offer the best prices we can. Shopping with us, you will get the best quality at the best price ca can make available.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.
