If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us
Our Boutique offers a 7 day return and exchange policy.
Within 7 day from the confirmed delivery date of your package,
you may contact us to setup a return or exchange.
Please visit the RETURN CENTER page.
If the item is in your possession more than 7 days,
it will be considered used and
WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
You must contact our returns department via the return center at the bottom of the page.
Once we have confirmed your purchase, we will need tracking information on item(s) returned.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Gift Cards
Items on sale/clearance at time of purchase (including discount codes)
Special Occasion Items including Holiday and Birthday Theme Items
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Uunfortunately sale items cannot be refunded as well as orders with discount codes applied at purchase.
Store credit is available for these items in additioanl to a 15% restocking fee.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original
method of payment.
A restocking fee of 15% applies.
GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Little Duchess Chic Boutique is not responsible for shipping costs related to a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable,If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
